What we do with your information
Information submitted to Ship.getherbert will be processed to: Populate the features that we provide as part of the Ship.getherbert service Continually improve our service offering and user experience Contact you about your use of Ship.getherbert to gather your feedback, discuss your use case and inform you of other tools and services that we offer. We will not share your user information with third parties for promotional purposes.
We compile statistics about user trends on our platform, which are used by third party organisations to better understand how users interact with businesses, brands, and one another online. These statistics are drawn from a dataset which does not contain any information by which you can be identified.
How long we intend to keep your information
Once you have registered to use Ship.getherbert we will keep your data for as long as you have a live account on our platform. You can terminate your registration and delete your account by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you delete your account, the data will disappear from our live service; however, there will be a period during which your data will be held on our back-up systems. After this, all content which you created on Ship.getherbert will be deleted permanently.
What user information we would like you to give to us
To make use of Ship.getherbert you will need to provide us with information relating to the GitHub and Wordpress accounts relevant to the task that you wish Ship.getherbert to perform.
